They usually let you have a disposable or a regular digital. No camcorders unless your reg digital has one built in, like mine.

And sorry, backstage passes aren't something that usually happen at a Chicks show unless you know someone.

I've got a grammar course coming up so I am checking EVERYONE'S spelling, punctuation, etc. etc. etc.

OMG people.. I do not need the lectures on being offensive. The spelling thing was just a joke. If you can't take a joke -- get off the internet is how I feel :P

I'll make sure to tell that to the kids I teach who can't get into college because they write their college essays in ebonics, do horribly on the SAT's because they code their written and verbal in IM/text/shorthand slang and can't speak correctly because they use the wrong words for what they are trying to say.

Personally, I don't find it offensive or rude to correct someone. If it means helping someone understand they're doing something wrong, there's a purpose behind it and it doesn't mean it's vindictive or evil. That's all in how you perceive it. If you can't take someone's help or criticism, then obviously you have insecurity issues. At that point then, it might be wise to go back to school and taking some classes in areas where you might need them. For me, it's math and I'm actually going to take a college algebra class... again. It's unfortunate that our day and age has gotten to the point where we are so damned P.C. and touchy about everything under the sun that it gets to the point of "ridiculous." It's conceivable that we all make a mistake now and again and it's understandable that (hopefully) we're all grown ups and can handle a bit of criticism, if not for anything else, but to help correct mistakes so we don't make them in the future. I'm sorry if someone feels that it was a "personal" attack, but if I've been doing the same wrong thing over and over and over and no one points it out to me -- then someone else does, I feel like a bigger ass knowing all along someone could've pointed it out to me before and saved me the frustration of looking like an idiot.
