Does anyone have any good group pics of us at the Dallas 2002 Texas Stadium Chicks/Charlie/Pat Green show? Dayna just texted me, talking about updating her
myspace. I thought it would be fun to have a group pic & tag those of yall who were there that are my myspace friends.

I was totally at that show, but I didn't meet up with y'all 'cause I was scared/shy. LAME, haha. But since then I've met almost everybody from
the group who was there, anyway, so I guess it all worked itself out.
 Here's what me and my husband have been up to the past couple days!! 
Before  AFTER!!   The finished product (different lighting
'cause it was night)!! The only things we still need to do in there are replace the fugly Brady Bunch chandelier with a pretty one (we like the kind with
little lamps on them), and put in some pretty curtains!

This is the only picture I could get of Dolly, and not a very good one at that. It sucks when you have front row tickets on the aisle and the security guard
is sitting right next to you and he tells you there is no picture taking. I was able to sneak this at the very end. I've been to this venue before and even
had the same seat for the last concert I went to in December and they had no security then. Must be a new thing because he said he worked for the venue. The
concert itself was great. Dolly is a fricking legend. I can die happy now. Oh, and I got a guitar pick. She made a Chicks reference during the show. She was
showing all the instruments she could play and then went on to play a little of each. The tech guy pulled a fiddle out of a box and she said if Alison Krauss
and the Dixie Chicks could play it, she could too. She said she was no Dixie Chick but just an old southern hen. I never knew she played the fiddle.

So cool, Judy!
We have this new commercial on TV here that cracks me up... it's a commercial for some road construction that's going to be happening on the 40 soon, and an entire chunk of the freeway will be totally closed, so we have to take an alternate route... so how does this lovely state of TN advertise this to us? By having DOLLY FREAKING PARTON IN A CONSTRUCTION SUITE TELL US, that's how. I adore this state. heh.

Dierks had 3,000 fans sign up to an executive producer for his greatest hits album. What we got to do is pick the front and back cover, the album title and
five of the live songs on the album. In return our names got to be put inside the album. It was a cool experience.

1 beer = $8.25 subway ride into town = $2 being able to call from your seat a waiter who will bring food and drinks right to you = priceless
