Well it's Green Beer Day here at Miami U. I saw many drunk students with green mouths when I arrived on campus at 7:45 this morning. I don't
participate in on-campus partying anymore after I got busted 2 yrs ago having too much fun...

Wow this place is dead...So who's ready for the shows to return!!? I can not WAIT until The Office is back. I'm unhealthily (probably not a word

obsessed with this show.
Also, can't wait till: 30 Rock and Grey's Anatomy returns. I've been getting my fill with Top Model though. I really like Lauren even though she's kind of akward. Which shows are you all waiting for?

I can't wait for Desperate Housewives and Grey's. It's been so long that I'm going to need a recap. The only good thing that came out of the
strike was that I got to watch a lot more of the hockey games.
Anyone familiar with the reality show "The Mole". It was on ABC a few years ago. I saw a split second commercial for it. It's coming back this summer.

Tomorrow is election day. Finally. It's also Dolly Parton's concert. Finally. I'm excited about both. I can't recall ever voting in a
presidential primary where it actually mattered although at times it seems like it's a choice between if I want to be stabbed or shot. I'll be happy to
see no more political commercials.

I can't believe there was nobody there when I went to vote around 2:00. There weren't even any politicos who usually hang around outside the building.
No signs either. I was beginning to think they changed my voting location and nobody told me. I was the 109th Democrat to vote in my ward and district. The
ladies who run it said that was a high number. So I guess a lot of people went early.

You know what song I can't stop listening to? "Low" by Flo Rida. I heard it at work the other day when I was forced to listen too all kind of
music I would normally not listen to. I liked it so much that I downloaded it. I think I freaked my mom out when she was in my car yesterday and I was playing
it.

I honestly don't understand what all the brouhaha about Miley's pic is all about. Big deal, it's a pic of her looking over her bare shoulder while
she's wrapped up in what looks like a silk sheet. She's not showing her goodies. Sure, it's a bit more of a "mature" photo in that
it's something you usually don't see until someones senior year of high school (senior photos anyone..the old school kind with the black sheeth draping
around the girls so it comes to a "v" in the front, but "off" the shoulder). But again, she's just as covered up, if not moreso, than
if she were in a bikini on the beach. Big whoop!

I'm old school. I think it's inappropriate for a 15 year old to be posing in a magazine like that. And then the idiots at Disney say she was
manipulated. Ummm, her parents and handlers were right there during the photo shoot.

They were comparing this to the bruhaha that Jodie Foster got palying a prostitue in Taxi Driver, which she gave an amazing performance but it was pretty racy
for a 13 yr old. I don't see any problem with the photo. And your right La about the senior pics, I totally had that pose.

The funny thing is much of the criticism is at the photo of her and her father and not the bed sheet one. I don't see a problem with any of the photos. It
seems like every other week there's is a new Miley photo scandal, as if there aren't more important things going on in the world.

My apartment smells like a freaking ashtray, probably from the people who live above me. The nasty ash smell is coming from my vents (which are in the
ceiling). I don't know how on earth I can survive this for another 2 months. Last night, I had a headache (I NEVER get them) and if it's from the
smell, then that's no way to live. I don't want all my stuff (furniture, clothes) to smell like cigarettes, and I don't want to breathe second-hand
smoke. I had my window fan on in my bedroom all night to bring in fresh air, but that only affected my bedroom, not the rest of the place.
